I truly enjoyed superbly friendly employees!
location: the hotel was short walk to a taxi. seafood restaurant lakeport fish & chips was located 15 minutes walk away.

Liked our 1 night stay. All the staffs were helpful and amiable. Booked twin room, that included an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and air conditioning. It was incredibly comfortable and easy to move around, private bathroom.

Great onsen with private use available. Clean rooms with a view of Mount Fuji. Delicious yakiniku restaurant attached with a discount. Helpful staff with efficient luggage services. Free parking and convenient location near supermarket and pharmacy.

This place definitely deserves a solid 3 stars. the double room I stayed in was super comfy. the coffee and tea makers, along with the refrigerator, worked perfectly. Plus, the staff were friendly and really helpful. ☕.
